The jar/bottle can be opened/closed or full/empty. Simply let us know that you want to return a product by writing to us at info@replenishplus.com or calling us at  (888) 801-1020 within 15 days of receipt of product  We will provide you with return instructions and give you a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 5 days after we receive the returned product.
